Sam Club - Managers don't understand

I ate at Sam's Club cafe and sat down on the bench. The bench happened to have a small 1/4 inch blade like metal piece sticking out. It scraped the back of my knee and created 2 inch scratch. It was deeper than a scratch but just short of one or two layers of skin before blood would emerge.
Ask for the Manager and of course they took their sweet time as in 15 minutes. I had a two year baby with me and not able to fully state my case. Ask for a first aid kit to clean the wound and they were only able to provide gauze since they were out of antiseptic stuff (iodine, etc). So I went ahead and apply the bandaid and head home since the baby is in full cry.
The next day I called to described the event again to a different manager. Stating clearly my intention is to move onto Costco if this was not resolved. I asked for full membership ($40 value) as a good settlement since I have been a member for more than 2 years with spending about $2,500/year. They can only offer me 6 month worth.
Guess they thought they are so smart to try to out negotiate.
Who's got the direct number or contact email to file Presidential complain for Sam's Idiot Club?

I'm so happy I don't shopp at Sam's Club. I heard how dirty that company is. Best advice stay clear of them, dont waste your hard earn money on the likes of them.

Yes it does say it all. Sam's Club and its managers are low-life CROOKS! They don't value their customers as you can obviously see. They are a poor excuse for a retail store. I swear it just aren't any good business around anymore they are all CROOKED like SAM'S CLUB!

Yes, it does say it all.. It say Sam Club and it Managers are worthless piece of ***! They don't care about there customer nor do they value their business. Sam Club is a poor excuse for a retail store. The company is CROOKED, AND the management is too. It seem like there are no good business around anymore. They are all low life CROOKS!

Lol, Bill it is all about the money. Next she will probably 'cut" herself in Costco and make the same threat.
